Introducing Account Manager Emily Fischer.
Emily has been with Connect Staffing for seven years. In her current role, she is responsible for conducting daily meetings with each branch and their recruiters to review open positions. Her job is a big one: to keep all the moving parts of our client relationships on track.
“I follow up with all accounts to make sure everything is running smoothly, and if there are any problems, we address them right away.”
Emily joined Connect Staffing to take on something new and exciting. “I started as a receptionist and learned every position I possibly could, and the rest is history.” Emily could not be happier to be a part of the team.
“You never know what the day has in store for you. The fast-paced work is exciting, and we’re able to help so many people!”
Putting the Pep in our Step
Emily has a clear idea about what her main job is at Connect Staffing: “Number one cheerleader! I want to get our team excited about what we’re doing.”
Emily is proud to help with the growth of the company and ensure clients’ needs are met. To make it all happen she stays in close touch with clients and our recruiters, acting as a vital bridge between them. She approaches every situation with a positive attitude, taking pride in making her clients’ lives easier.
“We listen to what the pain points are to provide the best possible service,” she says.
What Emily loves best about her role is she gets to do a little of everything. She never knows what she’s going to run into on a day-to-day basis. Every time she’s faced with a challenge, however, Emily tackles it head-on and solves it all the way through, relishing the opportunity to see the final outcome.

Emily is a California native and enjoys a range of hobbies, from paddle boarding and hiking, to road trips and dining out.
